This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the developer of Voyag (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") regarding your use of the Voyag app. By downloading, installing, and using the Voyag app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the Voyag app. Voyag provides Local AI Travel Style Match and on-device travel-style image generation: after you upload a portrait, local AI analyzes outfit-related color cues, brightness, and warm/cool tendencies and suggests moods (such as beach, city, alpine/snow, forest, sunset, and vintage); when you choose a mood, local AI generates a destination-style image with prompts that emphasize keeping the same person in frame. You may optionally use Advanced · optional scenery photo to upload a landscape reference for composition and scenery. The app can be used without account registration or login. All such image processing is completed through local AI on your device; Voyag does not upload your images to external servers for these features. We do not collect any facial information, and user information from these features is processed and stored locally on the user's device.
All information is processed locally, and information is only retained on the user's local device. When the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.
This is a core commitment of Voyag to protect user privacy, which is also an important part of this Agreement. The Developer strictly adheres to this principle in the development and operation of the app, ensuring that no user information is transmitted to any external server or third party for the image processing pipeline described above. The local AI technology used by the app processes images only on your device, and no image data from these steps is uploaded or stored outside your local device. We do not collect any facial information from users at any time, and all image processing processes involving user portraits are completed locally without any collection or recording of facial-related data.
This Agreement is formulated to clarify the rights and obligations between the User and the Developer when the User uses the Voyag app, regulate the use behavior of the User, protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, and ensure the stable and orderly operation of the app. Voyag provides Local AI Travel Style Match and on-device generation of travel-style images for check-ins, creativity, and sharing without leaving home. We do not collect any facial information, and service processes for these features rely on local processing on the User's device.
This Agreement applies to all Users who download, install, and use the Voyag app, including but not limited to individual users who use the app for personal entertainment, creative creation, and social sharing. All behaviors of the User using the Voyag app shall be subject to the constraints of this Agreement. The Developer reserves the right to modify and update this Agreement, and the updated Agreement will be released through the app. If the User continues to use the app after the update, it shall be deemed that the User agrees to the updated terms. We do not collect any facial information, and updates to the Agreement will not introduce facial information collection beyond what this Agreement states.
Voyag combines Local AI Travel Style Match with generative travel photography completed on-device. The User uploads a portrait; local AI analyzes outfit-related color cues and lighting, ranks travel moods (beach, city, alpine/snow, forest, sunset, vintage), and the User chooses a mood to receive a destination-style image with prompts stressing person consistency. The User may open Advanced · optional scenery photo to add a landscape reference for composition and scenery. All processing for these steps uses local AI on the User's device without uploading image data to external servers for the pipeline described here. No facial information is collected as stated herein. The Developer does not guarantee that the app can meet all the needs of Users, and shall not be liable for any loss caused by the User's dissatisfaction with the service content.
5.1 The intellectual property rights of the Voyag app, including but not limited to software copyright, trademark right, patent right, and the copyright of all texts, images, and technical codes in the app, belong to the Developer. The User shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Developer in any way, including but not limited to copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering the app. 5.2 The images generated by the User using the Voyag app, if the User has legal rights to the original portrait images and any scenery reference images used, the copyright of the generated images belongs to the User. The User may use, save, and share the generated images in accordance with the law, but shall not use them for illegal or improper purposes. 5.3 The Developer does not claim any rights to the images uploaded by the User merely because they are processed through local AI, and does not collect any facial information or unrelated facial-database data from those images.
6.1 The User may terminate the use of the Voyag app at any time by uninstalling the app. After uninstalling, the app will no longer run on the User's device, but images and related data stored locally may not be automatically deleted; the User can delete them manually. 6.2 If the User violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the Developer has the right to terminate the User's right to use the app without prior notice, and the User shall bear all the consequences and losses caused thereby. 6.3 The Developer may terminate the provision of all services of the Voyag app due to technical upgrades, operational adjustments, or other legitimate reasons, and shall notify Users through the app in advance where practicable. After the service is terminated, the Developer will no longer provide app functions and technical support, but will adhere to stated privacy principles, including not collecting facial information as described herein, and will not access User information stored locally on the User's device without authorization.
7.1 The Developer shall not be liable for any loss caused by the User's improper use of the app, including but not limited to loss caused by uploading illegal or infringing images, improper operation of the app, or device failure. 7.2 The Developer shall not be liable for any loss caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures, and system crashes, which affect the normal use of the app. 7.3 The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of images generated by local AI, and the User shall judge and use them responsibly. 7.4 Since processing for the described image features occurs locally on the User's device and no facial information is collected as stated herein, the Developer shall not be liable for information loss or leakage caused solely by the User's device problems, improper operation, or third-party attacks on the device beyond what this Agreement addresses.
