Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your subscription to the premium services of the Voyag app (hereinafter referred to as "Voyag"). By purchasing a subscription to Voyag's premium services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in these Terms, as well as Voyag's User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Voyag offers Local AI Travel Style Match and on-device travel-style image generation through integrated local AI, including optional Advanced · optional scenery photo; image processing for these features does not upload your image content to external servers as described in those policies. We do not collect any facial information. User content from this pipeline is processed and stored locally on your device.

Voyag's premium subscription services are designed to enhance your user experience beyond free basic functions. Three subscription plans are available: Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual. All plans provide the same premium benefits, differing only in subscription duration and pricing. Premium functions use local AI on your device for matching and generation without uploading image data to external servers for that pipeline. We do not collect any facial information while you use the subscription services.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Purpose of the Terms

These Terms are established to clarify the rights and obligations between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber") and Voyag's developer (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") regarding your subscription and use of Voyag's premium services. These Terms supplement Voyag's User Agreement; in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, these Terms shall prevail for all subscription-related matters. Premium services use local AI on-device as described in Voyag's policies, and we do not collect any facial information.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all Subscribers who purchase and use Voyag's premium subscription services. By completing the subscription payment, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and that you agree to comply with all terms of these Terms. The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time, with updated Terms published through the Voyag app. If you continue using the premium services after an update, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms. We do not collect any facial information, and modifications to these Terms will not change that commitment.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Voyag offers three premium subscription plans for your selection. The pricing for each plan is displayed in the app at the time of purchase, and the Developer reserves the right to adjust pricing periodically, with prior notice provided through the app. All subscription plans include the same three core premium benefits, with the only differences being subscription duration and total price. Regardless of which subscription plan you choose, we do not collect any facial information.

3.1 Monthly Subscription Plan

The Monthly Subscription Plan lasts for one calendar month from the date of successful payment. Unless you cancel automatic renewal before the end of the current subscription period, the plan will automatically renew for another month, and the corresponding subscription fee will be deducted from your selected payment method. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the app settings; after cancellation, the subscription will not renew at the end of the current period, but you will continue to enjoy the three core premium benefits until the current subscription period expires.

3.2 Semi-Annual Subscription Plan

The Semi-Annual Subscription Plan lasts for six calendar months from the date of successful payment. Unless you cancel automatic renewal before the end of the current subscription period, the plan will automatically renew for another six months, and the corresponding subscription fee will be deducted from your selected payment method. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the app settings; after cancellation, the subscription will not renew at the end of the current period, but you will continue to enjoy the three core premium benefits until the current subscription period expires.

3.3 Annual Subscription Plan

The Annual Subscription Plan lasts for twelve calendar months from the date of successful payment. Unless you cancel automatic renewal before the end of the current subscription period, the plan will automatically renew for another twelve months, and the corresponding subscription fee will be deducted from your selected payment method. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the app settings; after cancellation, the subscription will not renew at the end of the current period, but you will continue to enjoy the three core premium benefits until the current subscription period expires.

4. Payment Terms

You can pay for your subscription using the payment methods supported by the app, such as credit cards or mobile payment. Payment is processed immediately upon your confirmation of purchase, and the subscription period begins on the date of successful payment. The Developer reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing; any price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the adjustment, and will not affect the price of your current subscription. Except as required by applicable laws, subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using the premium services during your subscription period, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide appropriate solutions—such as extending the subscription period—instead of issuing refunds. We do not collect any facial information through the payment flow beyond what payment processors require.

5. Rights and Obligations of Subscribers

5.1 Subscriber Rights

As a Subscriber, you have the right to enjoy the three core premium benefits outlined in these Terms during your subscription period. You may cancel automatic renewal of your subscription at any time and are entitled to receive priority technical support when encountering issues with the premium services. Additionally, you have the right to benefit from the Developer's privacy commitments, including on-device local AI processing for the image pipeline and the guarantee that no facial information is collected as stated.

5.2 Subscriber Obligations

You agree to comply with these Terms, Voyag's User Agreement, and its Privacy Policy, and will not use the premium services for any illegal or improper purposes. You must ensure that any portraits or optional scenery references you upload are legally owned by you or that you have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. You are responsible for properly protecting your device and any associated account (if applicable), and shall not share your subscription rights with others; you bear full responsibility for any improper use of subscription rights resulting from your own actions. You understand and agree that the premium services are for personal use only, and you shall not use them for commercial purposes without the Developer's prior written permission. You acknowledge that premium image features run via local AI on your device as described and that we do not collect any facial information as stated herein.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Developer

6.1 Developer Rights

The Developer has the right to provide, update, and optimize the premium services, and may adjust the content of premium benefits (without reducing the three core benefits) based on user needs and technological advancements. The Developer also reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing and renewal rules, with prior notice provided to Subscribers through the app. If you violate these Terms or Voyag's User Agreement, the Developer has the right to suspend or terminate your premium subscription rights without refunding the subscription fee, and may pursue corresponding legal responsibilities if necessary. Additionally, the Developer may collect feedback from Subscribers to improve the premium services without using it to build unrelated facial biometric databases—since we do not collect any facial information for those purposes.

6.2 Developer Obligations

The Developer shall provide stable and normal premium services to Subscribers during the subscription period, and will promptly fix any bugs or issues that affect the use of the premium services. The Developer shall provide premium image features using local AI on the Subscriber's device as disclosed, shall not collect any facial information as stated herein, and shall not upload Subscriber image content from this pipeline to external servers. The Developer shall also provide priority technical support to Subscribers, responding to and resolving any issues raised by Subscribers in a timely manner. Additionally, the Developer shall clearly inform Subscribers of the terms of these Terms, subscription plans, pricing, and any updates, without concealing or misleading Subscribers about important terms.

7. Subscription Termination

If you cancel automatic renewal, your subscription will terminate automatically at the end of the current period. After termination, you will no longer enjoy the premium benefits but may continue to use Voyag's free basic functions. If you violate these Terms or Voyag's User Agreement, the Developer has the right to terminate your subscription immediately, with no refund of the subscription fee and no further access to premium benefits. If the Developer terminates the premium services for legitimate reasons—such as technical upgrades or operational adjustments—the Developer will notify Subscribers in advance through the app and refund the remaining subscription fee, calculated based on the unused duration. After subscription termination, the Developer will continue to adhere to privacy principles, including not collecting facial information as stated, and will not access user information stored locally on your device without authorization.

8. Disclaimer

The Developer shall not be liable for any losses caused by your improper use of the premium services, including but not limited to losses resulting from uploading illegal or infringing images, improper operation, or device failure. The Developer shall also not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure—such as natural disasters, network failures, or system crashes—that affect the normal use of the premium services. The Developer does not guarantee that the premium services will be completely free of bugs, but will make reasonable efforts to fix any issues promptly. Because premium image processing uses on-device local AI for the described pipeline and no facial information is collected as stated herein, the Developer shall not be liable for information loss or leakage caused solely by your device issues, improper operation, or third-party attacks on your device beyond what these Terms address. The Developer reserves the right to temporarily suspend the premium services for technical maintenance, with prior notice to Subscribers; the maintenance period will not count toward the subscription period, and the Developer will extend the subscription period accordingly.
